PROOFS AND REPRINTS
Proofs will be sent to the author once for correction and must be returned within 72 hours by airmail. The author will be charged for any changes other than printer's errors made at that stage. Authors will receive 50 reprints free of charge; additional reprints are to be ordered on a form supplied with the proofs.
