PROOFS AND REPRINTS

Proofs will be sent to the author once, for correction and return within 72 hours by airmail. The author will be charged for any changes other than printer's errors, made at proof stage. Authors will receive 20 reprints free of charge; an order form for additional reprints will be forwarded with the proofs.
