HGEO809 Globalisation and Sustainable Development is a postgraduate unit designed as part of the Master of Arts in Human Geography and Master of Sustainable Development , but is also available in other GSE courses and social science Masters programs such as Policy and Applied Social Research, Applied Anthropology and Development Studies, and Politics and Public Policy. It draws on recent research frontiers in both Human Geography and the social sciences generally to engage critically with the idea of globalisation against the background of wider debates in social and environmental sciences about sustainable development.
