Module Name: Geophysical Data Processing and Plotting using GMT

Module Objectives: This course aims to familiarise with GMT computer program set, UNIX general processing tools and basic shell programming in order to plot and process the geophysical data.

iGMT
GMT system
Fundamentals of shell programming and other UNIX tools
Integration of GMT and UNIX commands, plotting the data
Geophysical Data Processing using GMT
GMT and GIS

Assumed knowledge: Basic Unix, familiar with geophysical data
